Limited Warranty: Jumpingthings provides the buyer a limited repair and replacement warranty and agrees and warrants only the products, identified by the category below, will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable, and without material defect in workmanship and materials for the product specified as follows:

1. Inflatable bounces manufactured by JumpingThings: Two (2) years from the date of shipment to buyer.
2. All other inflatables manufactured by JumpingThings: One (1) year from the date of shipment to buyer
3. Other Equipment: No warranty of any kind is extended by JumpingThings, but to the extent it can legally and contractually do so, assign to buyer at buyers request, all warranties on such other equipment, if any is offered by the manufacturer of supplier of such equipment.

All warranty work and replacement are subject to inspection at our Ripon, CA location. Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate this warranty. Misuse, improper handling or storage, improper repairs, improper maintenance or care, or accidental, abusive or neglect treatment of the product will invalidate this warranty. This warranty is not a guarantee of the product, which will not through use, handling, and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repairs of which are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping cost to and from JumpingThings is buyers responsibility. No statement, remark, or representation of any employee or agent of JumpingThings may vary this Limited Warranty unless in writing and signed by the President of JumpingThings.

It is understood that our goods have a limited life, the length of which is determined according to the amount of use; consequently goods extensively will not last as long as goods used occasionally. Customer accepts that he has no claim by reason of goods deteriorating through use. Play items fitted on an inflated bed are subject to abnormal wear and tear will not be subject to any liability of any nature on the company or agents.

Refund/Return Policy: JumpingThings provides the buyer a limited refund/return policy. Customer may return merchandise, with only the presidents authorization, for store credit only.
